1. Services

GlebIsFineTattoo provides professional tattooing services, including consultations and custom tattoo design, at our studio located at 5075 Camino De La Siesta, San Diego, CA. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment. No exceptions will be made.

4. Health and Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or skin conditions that may affect the tattooing process. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe proceeding could pose a health risk. Please arrive well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a meal. Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

5. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for the healing and longevity of your tattoo. Aftercare instructions will be provided after your session. GlebIsFineTattoo is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or for infections caused by improper care after leaving the studio.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom tattoo designs created by GlebIsFineTattoo are the intellectual property of the artist. Designs are created exclusively for the client who commissioned them and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used by others without written permission. We reserve the right to photograph completed tattoos for our portfolio and social media.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tattooing involves inherent risks including but not limited to allergic reactions, scarring, and infection. By proceeding with a tattoo, you acknowledge and accept these risks. GlebIsFineTattoo's liability is limited to the cost of the tattoo service provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
